iCalibrator works backwards from identifying job requirements to create customized training programs that have always had favorable results. The training programs follow a problem solving and assignment driven approach. The entire training is remotely managed with minimum on-site help. This ensures that the learner learns not only the promised concepts, but also to become an independent learner, able to solve future problems that may be encountered without external help. The hands on approach it adopts ensures that learners gain valuable experience, with which they acquire not just theoretical knowledge, but on-the-job skills as well. All the mentors are experienced and knowledgeable individuals, with real and relevant industry experience, not just theoretical knowledge. iCalibrator provides training at two levels- the Corporate level and the Individual level.
